Tensions between India and Pakistan have risen sharply in the weeks since a terrorist attack in Kashmir. On Wednesday, India hit Pakistan and appears to have lost at least a few planes in the strike.
In Budapest, political disputes and aging infrastructure have led to cascading problems, and prolonged closings, at several of the city’s beloved baths.
